Interview
Why I should recruit you ?
I think I deserve to be part of your team because I am a complete athlete. I am competitive from the 800m to the 5000m as well in cross-country. I love running. I’ve always been running. What I like the most is competition. Run to accomplish goals.
I strongly believe that I would be a great addition to your team because I will integrate and contribute, not only through my performances, but also through my behaviors. Serious, dedicated, and motivated are what best describes me.
Why do you want to compete at US Colleges?
I want to go find in the U.S. what I could not find home, in France. It is the time of my life where I want to experience new things and dream big.
It takes a lot of courage to leave home to cross the Atlantic to pursue these dreams, and I am ready to do it.
What do you want to achieve in Track/XC?
This adventure is an opportunity for me to finally show what I am capable of. I’ve never been able to reach my potential in France. I want to improve athletically on all aspects.
I wish to beat all my PRs and especially on the 1500m, which is my favorite event and where I think that my time can significantly go down. Most of all, I want to be part of the French team again.
College and life goals?
I really want to speak English fluently, as I can speak other languages. Speak English would start another chapter of my life. I think that there is nothing best than being in full immersion to learn a new language.
This is why I chose the USA, because it would be the best place for my dream to come true. To be an athlete while learning English, I choose the American way !
